Neste digital experience - NedX
In 2023-24 I participated the content design work for Neste's new website, neste.com. Our mission was to shape messaging, structure and storytelling on Neste’s global and local websites. While aiming for a data driven and stakeholder focused approach, we set a tone for future sites; showing the way for information architecture, use of components, localization and flow.
Collaborating with strategic partners and leveraging internal commitment, the data was prioritized at the project's core. The content strategy outlined the vision, goals, and tools for a holistic global website, emphasizing seamless user engagement and achieving key metrics. Information Architecture work translated these objectives into a cohesive structure and content templates for the beta site in fall 2023 and finally new neste.com launched on January 2024.
The global site was followed by Neste's local sites, the first of which was published in the spring of 2024, Neste Singapore, followed by the USA, Germany and the extensive Finnish country site Neste.fi during 2024. Neste's Netherlands website was also launched at the end of the year.
The first reviews of data from the website revealed that the new websites had been received very well. Key performance indicators all pointed to a more engaging, informative and clear new experience.

In addition, I was intensively involved in the development of Neste's Impact service website, which offers companies the opportunity to reduce their aviation emissions by purchasing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
